Today was Noodle's first birthday! I remember all too well sitting in the waiting room of the hospital just itching to get the chance to hold this little guy. He is such a sweet little boy. Here he is having a grilled cheese for lunch before we left to pick up the last few items for his party.
This was after his dinner and before his cake.
When his mom put the cake in front of him, he was a little unsure. He stuck his finger in and got a taste.
One taste was all it took!
By the time he was done, he was covered from head to toe! Here he is sporting his Shrek ears from his cake.
Just a few minutes after his dad took this picture of him being so happy, it was time to get him out of his chair and clean him up. He ran first to his Great Grandpa Moppin-who ran away quickly. Then he ran for his Great Grandma Moppin who also started to run away, but his feelings were hurt and he cried big alligator tears until his mom and dad had to pick him up and give him some love! I don't have any pictures of that part since I was serving cake at that point, but I do have it on video.
