Amy is a single mother of two girls. That is quite an accomplishment in my book...I just was never meant to be the mother of daughters :o) She is going to graduate school and working a paying job as well as doing an internship for her degree. She is such an amazing person. She is smart and beautiful and such an amazing friend. Even though we don't see each other much, we can always pick up the phone and start from where we left off. I can always count on her to love me no matter what. She doesn't judge me ever. She will tell me when I am wrong. We can discuss everything about our lives and most of the time come up with solutions, and it is way cheaper than counseling with the same result! When I am having a hard time and need someone to talk to, she is there for me. She understands that I am almost always late with birthday cards and gifts. It doesn't bother her that the box of Christmas gifts for her and the girls is still sitting in my craft room waiting to be mailed!
We met in the Fall of 1996. It seems that was the season of my life where I would meet the people who would play the biggest roles in my life! A few months before, I met the man who would be my husband and best friend. Then I meet the lady who would become my best girlfriend. Both of these roles are very important in life, and I met them both around the same time and they have both been there for me ever since. I am blessed.
