you gotta have friends!

Yesterday was quite possibly my last crop at SSD with my friends. I may be able to squeeze one more out of my time here since we are sending Geno on down to Alabama with a trailer and all of the things that he will need to get along for the summer in a small apartment. Mark and I will not be too far behind, I'm sure, but maybe long enough to get in one more crop ;o)

It was already starting off badly when Missie gave me a hug and Sarah almost began a hormone-induced sob! I can totally relate to her emotions lately-but at least she doesn't have a child that she will keep forgetting to pick up from activities! Poor Christopher. When I was doing the hormone shots as we were going through in vitro, I kept forgetting to pick him up from basketball and volleyball games. The principal said that if another member of the school staff had to wait with him again that he would get in-school susupension! I decided that he would be better off just not attending since I couldn't remember to pick him up. That is not one of my most proud parenting moments!

Back to last night...

The three of us have been going to SSD crops for the last few months and really enjoying them. When we were there last month, they had seen a layout about friends that they really wanted to purchase the kit. Missie bought me one last night! That is so awesome and my friends are just like that. I am really going to miss them. It will be a hard adjustment to being away from them since we have been so close for the last 6 years! At least I will have this layout to remember them by:

Geno's computer is packed for his trip, so no "enhance" button used on this one. The colors are so bright and we are going to have a photo shoot for the three of us in green, orange and pink. I am hoping to stretch out my stay long enough to be able to lose about 15 pounds before we do the session!!

You're taking me with you, girlfriend! I designed that layout, and that kit was left over from my class last week! I'm glad you liked it!
